John Cannon has mediated hundreds of cases since establishing his ADR practice. He concentrates his ADR practice on the resolution of professional malpractice, including legal and medical malpractice cases, complex commercial cases, employment disputes, personal injury disputes and insurance coverage matters. He has practiced law in Memphis and West Tennessee since 1976, and is a Tennessee Supreme Court Rule 31 Mediator.

Mr. Cannon combines the evaluative and facilitative mediation styles. He has completed 40-hour mediator and advanced mediation-training courses. He draws on his 30 plus years of experience as a litigator during the mediation process. His background, experience and skill make him a highly effective mediator with a proven track record of resolving disputes.
